It compares efficacy of warfarin and aspirin in reducing death and stroke in patients with low LVEF and sinus rhythm. Burnout is a syndrome defined by the 3 principal components of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and diminished feelings of personal accomplishment. Unlike major depressive disorder, which pervades all aspects of a patient's life, burnout is a distinct work-related syndrome. Burnout is most likely to occur in jobs that require extensive care of other people.

There are more than two million registered nurses in the U.S.—the largest healthcare occupation. Yet, there is a severe shortage of registered nurses (RNs). This means that RNs are in great demand. The American Hospital Association (AHA) states that 126,000 jobs are currently unfilled.
